The Plastic Forecast made our plastic problem part of the daily conversation and put pressure on global leaders during UNESCO talks. For the week of the talks every major news channel in France featured the forecast and the resulting conversation lead to the world first Plastic Treaty a legally binding weapon against plastic pollution.
