With more Australians than ever feeling unsure about their financial future, we created a new way for the bank to listen and respond to their customers on important issues. Responding with action, we used the data to create a range of initiatives and services.Outside the government-mandated census, this is the largest survey ever conducted in Australia and picked up a couple of silver door stops at Cannes.

Our data revealed over half of Australia felt their property dream was out of reach. We created an initiative to help people find their path to their property dream.
